Adam Bogue is head of engagement at IBM Research Cambridge and business development executive at the MIT-IBM Computing Research Lab. Prior to the formation of MIT-IBM, Adam led strategic alliances in artificial intelligence and environmental sciences for IBM Research. Prior to joining IBM, Adam was founder and CEO of Circle Twelve, maker of the multi-user DiamondTouch Table; was VP of Business Development at the Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs; and held executive positions at several start-ups, including ACX, the piezoelectric smart materials and active vibration control technology company behind the successful “Smart Ski” from K2 Corp. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a master’s degree from MIT Sloan.
